CEO and Co-founder Aadit Palicha took to LinkedIn to officially announce the launch of Zepto pharmacy. This new pharmacy will start its work in selected locations across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad.
Currently, it will be on a 12-month pilot phase aiming to refine operations. He said in his LinkedIn post, “Today, we’re formally announcing the launch of Zepto Pharmacy-Medicines delivered in 10 minutes! Over the past 12 months, the team has worked tirelessly to perfect the customer experience, supply chain, and compliance at a small scale, and we want to grow it steadily from here. Our objective is to keep operational standards extremely high and not scale too rapidly, given the complexity of this category”.
He mentioned in his post that he launched this pharmacy in hopes to improve millions of lives across the country, and that he and his team at Zepto is committed to making important medicines easier to access at critical moments of need.
